Email Design

Project Overview

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is Canada’s largest mental health teaching hospital and one of the world’s leading research centres in its field. BGO's employee Resource Groups (ERGs), accessible to all employees across the globe, and the People & Talent Team, partnered with CAMH to host the Mental Health Awareness Month.

I spearheaded the design of a series of emails that invited employees to participate in learning sessions and activities.

Approach
  • Collaborated with People and Talent team gathering content and requirements

  • Conceptualized and designed emails, posters, screen wallpaper, and bingo card that incorporated the "Sunrise Challenge" colors

Results:
  • Designs inspired action and drove employee engagement

  • Fostered a sense of community

  • Final emails were integrated with Marketo for distribution
